About the website and me

Opinions are always welcome, good or bad. Also, if you notice any faults with the website or content, please contact me.

About the website

This site is a display of my web work and hobbies, in the hope of finding more work. The blog, however, has been created as way to share anything interesting I find with other people. It is designed to be less personal and more focused on web development.

About me

As stated on the homepage, I am a front end developer and occasionally an accessibility consultant. I am based in London, as the URL of this site may suggest, but I am an Australian. I have been in the UK for 6 years.

I am currently freelancing, so usually on the hunt for more work, although I can be booked up for a while at times. Be sure to contact me if you are interested.

The technical stuff

This website has been built using CSS for layout and XHTML 1.0 Strict for content. All code has been validated using the W3C XHTML Validator and the W3C CSS Validator

The website has been built to work in a large range of browsers. For those that don't display Flash headings correctly, such as IE5, it should degrade nicely.

Browsers I've built for are:

Mac OS X

Firefox 1.0+, Safari 1.0+, IE5.2, Opera 9.

Windows

IE 5.0+, Firefox 1.0+, Netscape 9, Opera 9.

Accessibility

Accessibility is just as important as nice design, so I have done my best to make this site available to as many people and mediums as I can. If you notice anything wrong, don't hesitate to contact me.

You can find out the full details in my accessibility statement
